"Invisible Wall"

Sound artist Felix Ermacora develops a multichannel composition based on on-site recordings of sounds, movements, and encounters, condensing them into an immersive, spatial, and social sound movement. Eva Jaekel, Deborah Geppert, and Kristýna Nytrová create a visual and spatial framework through the use of bodies, video, interviews, and performance. The project results in site-specific audiovisual sketches that make borders perceptible and invite their transgression.

Invisible Wall is an interdisciplinary art project by the kult-ur-art Kunstverein zu Bärenstein e.V., developed by four artists from Germany and the Czech Republic, exploring borders and experiences of crossing and inhabiting them. The project is supported by MUSIKFONDS e.V. and the Deutsch-Tschechischer Zukunfsfonds.

Invisible Wall

Invisible Wall ist ein interdisziplinäres Kunstprojekt im kult-ur-art Kunstverein zu Bärenstein e.V. von vier Künstler:innen aus Deutschland und Tschechien, das sich mit Grenzen und Grenzerfahrungen beschäftigt.
Der Soundkünstler Felix Ermacora entwickelt eine Multikanal-Komposition aus vor Ort aufgenommenen Klängen, Bewegungen und Begegnungen, die sich zu einer raumgreifenden, sozialen Klangbewegung verdichten. Eva Jaekel, Deborah Geppert und Kristýna Nytrová schaffen mit Körper, Video, Interviews und Performance einen visuellen und räumlichen Rahmen. Es entstehen ortsbezogene audiovisuelle Skizzen, die Grenzen sichtbar machen und zum Überwinden einladen möchten.
